Veronika Donutkova ASK

Veronika is a cinematographer born in Slovakia but based in Prague. She is a self-taught DoP who made her first break with a documentary called Displace (2019) that centres on Jamaican dancehall culture. In 2021, she shot a music video Bylo Nebylo for Annet X (dir. Jára Moravec), which received the Czech Anděl award for the music video of the year. In 2022, she stood behind the camera of her first TV series VEDMA for Voyo platform (dir. Jakub Kroner). 2025 will see a release of series “Moloch Files” (dir. Lukas Hanulak) for Canal+, as well as a feature documentary film “Respect Her Game” that she co-directed together with Tereza Vejvodová. She has shot numerous music videos and commercials and collaborated with brands like Adidas, Elle, or Vans. Veronika is a member of ASK (Association of Slovak Cinematographers).
